Jarrell, Hicks & Waldman, PC was formed in 2005 by attorney Barry J. Waldman to meet the needs of individuals in Spotsylvania and throughout central Virginia in the areas of divorce, custody, support, traffic and criminal matters, and to assist small businesses with their initial formation, contract development, basic planning, and litigation.
